The house was perfect for my immediate and extended family in town for a family event. Everything was as shown on VRBO. Vijay was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely rent this property again - ideally when we could go to the beach and utilize everything the house offered to support a beach vacation!

Vijay's property is superb! Our extended family all stayed together (12 total) and we all had enough room to vacation comfortably. We were blown away by how well the kitchen was stocked and the quality of everything of everything in the house...it was not like a rental but more like staying at someone's personal home. EVERYTHING that you would need or imagine you needed was stocked and enough that it lasted us our entire stay! We were pleasantly surprised that the dining table fit 10 comfortably instead of the 6 chairs shown in the listing. There was also a full keuring machine that could brew a pot of coffee...we had brought our own because our group are coffee drinkers and the single keurig shown wouldn't have been ideal. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens & towels and the decor was well designed. We used the bikes, beach wagon, beach chairs & tags...it was so great that everything was included and made for such an easy getaway. We ended up using the elevator a lot, just because it was so easy to load and unload...which was a great convenience. The area was quiet and there was plenty of free off street parking, we had 5 vehicles down there and we never had an issue with parking. The walk to the beach was 3 easy blocks, really close to Ike's famous crabcakes for a quick easy meal. We used the supplied cool cabana, which was so easy to set up/take down. The walk to the bay was just as easy to see beautiful sunsets. We all had the most wonderful time!!
