Beautifully furnished, spacious condo on the golf course of prestigeous Vasari country club awaits you, the association pool is steps outside of the door. we can not rent less than 30 days ( Vasari rule ). We provide linens and request you leave the property in the same general condition as you find it. We do not accept cancelation so please for your protection, purchase travel insurance.
If you want to play golf at Vasari you must pay their fee of $532.50 which could change any time by Vasari, there is also a $50 back ground check fee imposed by Condo association that renters must pay, 11.7% tax and$100 condo association plus $175 cleaning fee is added to the rental

This is a NO PET condo per condo association
There is 50 in,h flat screen smart tv and a 40 inch tv in master bedroom and a tv in lanai. Large lanai overlooks the golf course, pond and country club, perfect for relaxation at any time of the day and night, master bathroom has his and hers sink, a jacuzie, large shower and enclosed toilet for great privacy. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds than can be placed together to convert it to a king size bed there is a pocket door separating the guest quarters for complete privacy.
Vasari is very close to barefoot beech and only minutes away from downtown Naples and best beaches.
By renting the tenants agree:

Rental fee includes all utilities, heat, electricity, water, high speed internet, and a functional TV. If tenant/s require more ‘cleaning there will be a charge of $175 per cleaning, and the landlord needs to be notified of that with this lease application and the fee must be paid in advance. Tenant understand and agree that one walk-in closet will be used by the landlord for the storage purposes during the above rental period
All tenant cars must be parked at the garage, drive way or the designated common parking areas, No parking on the streets of Firenze or Vasari is allowed at any time.

Tenant understands that all charges imposed by Vasari and Firenze condo association + 11.7tax( Florida state and Lee county), background check, plus all charges related to money transfer to landlord (if any) is the responsibility of tenant.

Any liability fee for damages (if any) shall not be limited to the amount of deposit. The amount of liability if any may be determined by Estimate from an expert.

THE PARTIES AGREE:
1. That no more than 4 persons will occupy said leased premises at any time without prior knowledge and written permission of the Landlord, Vasari country club and Firenze association. The names of all those occupying the said condo must be given and approved by Vasari country club, Firenze association and the landlord.
2. NO animals of any kind will be kept in or on premises
3. There will be NO SMOKING within any part of the building on premises
4.The TENANT/S shall leave the premises in the same general good and habitable condition as he/she found it.
5. The TENANT/S shall be responsible for all damages or breakage or loss to the premises except normal wear and tear
6. It is the responsibility of TENANT/S to report any existing damage upon their arrival to avoid any future charge.
7.The TENANT/S agree that the rental money paid is non refundable in the case of cancellation OR any other reason, but if tenant needs to cancel, he/ she MUST give the landlord written permission to rent the property for their rental period, and the landlord will reimburse the tenant whatever money is collected if the property is rented, and the landlord shall do the utmost effort to rent the property for that period.
8. The TENANT/S shall not lease or sublet, nor permit any other person/s to occupy the leased premises.
9. The Tenants agree that they will obey all Vasari and Firenze regulations and will not park any commercial vehicles, RV or pick up truck or truck of any kind at the premisses or the common areas of Firenze / Vasari
10. The leased property shall not be used for functions such as family reunions, weddings or any other gatherings of sort.
11.The TENANT/S shall return all keys to the landlord prior to departure. A twenty one dollar fee will be charged to the TENANT/S for each key not returned to the landlord.
12.The TENANT/S agree that if the LANDLORD uses chair covers to protect the furniture, said covers are NOT to be removed by the TENANT/S without the permission of the LANDLORD.
13.The TENANT/S agree to allow the LANDLORD or the landlord's designated person/s to enter the premises both inside and out with proper notification to view the premises for repair, to inspect, to make repairs, or for landscaping purposes.
14.The TENANT/S agree to hold The LANDLORD harmless on account of any natural or unexpected disaster affecting the leased premisses.
15- TENANTS shall not park any vehicle of any kind on the streets of Firenze other than the driveway of the condo which they are renting and designated spaces at Firenze.
16.The TENANT/S agree not to cut, move or remove any flowers, trees or shrubs for any reason.
17. The TENANT/S agree to pay $75.00 per hour to the LANDLORD if the TENANT/S fail to vacate the leased premises for any reason at their checkout time.
18-The TENANT/S understand that all alcoholic beverages left in the property, if any, prior to arrival is the property of the LANDLORD and not for use by TENANT/S especially any party under the age of 21.
19. The TENANTS shall clean off the sand on their body upon returning from the beach, and will shake the towels etc. before using the washing machine.
20. The TENANT/s agree that no individual in their party will sit on the furniture with wet cloths.
21- TENANTS shall observe all the regulations set by Vasari and Firenze condo association.
22- TENANTS shall not change/ move any furnishings at the condo.
23- NO cancellation for any reason is accepted, tenants may wish to purchase an insurance if they wish at their own expense
