The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the beds (sheets, pillow cases, blankets, etc.) and place on the floor at the end of each bed.
Place all dirty towels in laundry room. Not required, but our cleaners would appreciate if you started a load of towels the morning of check out (detergent is located on shelf in the laundry room).
Please load and start the dishwasher (dishwasher pods are located under the sink) & take out the garbage and place in the receptacle(s) in the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place for 4 couples as everyone had their own private bathroom. Great open floor plan where we could all spread out, but still talk and be included. Had turkeys right up on the front porch the day we arrived.

Everything about this property was wonderful. Even better than the listing shows. Beds were super comfortable. House is well equipped. Our host answered any questions we had quickly. Hot tub was awesome. We watched deer and turkeys out the front window. Highly recommend this house. We loved our stay here!

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had 7 adults in our party and it was very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus a powder room/laundry. The property is private and quiet. Plenty of room to play corn hole. Garage was roomy enough for both cars. There is also a grassy area for a trailer. Front porch is great - sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds and turkeys. Back porch has lots of seating and a wonderful firepit. It was just a great place to stay and will book again when we are in the area.

Don't think twice on this one, we were new to the area, we come to ride our four wheelers and SxS's from Wisconsin and Minnesota (group of 4 couples) we discovered the trail just a 1\2 mile south of Lead on Kirk Rd for trail access versus running 13 miles of blacktop another way. This house met our expectations in so many ways and then some. I slept better here than at home, king beds that were so comfortable, TV n bathroom in each room. SPACIOUS living room and kitchen, back deck has a Blackstone Grill and gas grill as well, they proved to be a win, win for our cooking needs and several nights we enjoyed the gas firepit. The kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances. We enjoyed the views out front and the hotub. Access to the garage was a bonus as one of the units broke down. Was nice to store them inside at night. Brittni was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was neat as could be, very clean and well appointed, it was tough to leave, we took with us the best of memories. We saw deer and turkeys in the mornings while enjoying the views. We will book this again and look no further. Thank you Brittni and cleaning staff for what you do, truly a gem that we enjoyed in so many ways it made our trip:) Grocery store Lynn's Dakota Mart is just down below the mountain, as well as Leads various other establishments, pretty handy indeed. Beautiful area to ride, beautiful home:) Can't say enough good about this place and location, missing it already.

Our group completely loved this rental! 1. The location was excellent for quickly accessing gas and grocery and ATV trails2. The one level open floor plan was so convenient with plenty of comfortable seating 3. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding excellent4. The host was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating 5. The views from the house were stunning with lots of wildlife! 6. The patio and fire pit were perfect for winding down from the day and visiting7. The kitchen was well stocked as were the laundry supplies. We could go on - simply an amazing experience!
