While it features a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the bedroom and bathroom located on the 2nd floor - Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property- This property runs on a septic system- Outdoor fires are not allowed due to fire risk and county rules. The indoor wood-burning stove can be used, except when there are county burn bans and restrictions in the summer months due to extreme fire risks- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is next to the front door facing the deck and side yard. Camera 2 is on the front facing the driveway and street. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
