We had the best time here! It looks exactly like the pictures and is such a cute place.The area isn’t the best, but the security system is amazing so we never felt unsafe at all. The communication was PHENOMENAL. We had the sink leak and the host had a technician come out that day to fix it. Host is VERY responsive and quick. Definitely highly recommend this place it was great!

While the home appears updated and nicely decorated, the overall cleanliness and attention to detail were very disappointing. The towels provided for our group were not clean- each had long hairs on them and an unpleasant odor. The bedding was also an issue, with ill-fitting sheets that barely covered the mattress and visible stains. The comforters did not seem freshly washed and had a mildew-like smell mixed with cologne.We also encountered a cockroach in the kitchen, which we woke up to, raising further concerns about cleanliness.Beyond that, there were several overlooked issues. There were hornet nests at both the front porch and back door, which felt unsafe. Additionally, the American flag displayed outside was visibly shredded, which comes across as disrespectful, especially given the home’s proximity to a military base.The surrounding area did not feel safe, with several nearby homes boarded up. As out-of-state visitors, this was not something we were aware of when booking.Overall, the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic upkeep significantly impacted our stay.

When we showed up the house was DIRTY, none of the sheets were clean, some of the beds weren’t even made. A headboard was broken along with a night stand, they knew we had 6 guests and we had 3 towels. I messaged the property manager to try to get things fixed and taken care of and she stopped responding. She claimed she sent us some coffee and didn’t. She wanted to reconcile everything that was wrong and did absolutely nothing to help us. Also the shower had ZERO water pressure. So if you want to be miserable and get no help from the property manager stay here otherwise I would recommend anywhere else. Oh, enjoy the new coffee maker we bought and left there. YOU'RE WELCOME.

Everything was great! Easy check-in, accomodating and easily accessible host, and just a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again! The water pressure in the shower is the only complaint I have. It is horrible! I had to get thecsosp out if my hair in the kitchen sink because the pressure was so bad in the shower.
