Hope cabin

Nice stay. Key box was hard to open. Door handle was loose. Dead bolt worked fine. Wish the TV got local stations. Nice and clean! We will be back! Thanks!!

Great Place!

It was great! The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the outdoor shower and the patio lights did not work and it would really be nice if the lounge chairs had some type of cushion.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels and guest houses/cabins in the Fredericksburg area and God's Country Cabins is our favorite. The location and peacefulness with wildlife viewing makes this place great.

Awesome Place To Stay!

My wife and I stayed here in the Hope cabin for her birthday getaway. The cabin was clean, newly built and cozy. Our host left us fresh baked cookies as a welcome gift and were readily available when we needed them. I recommend God's Country Cabins to everyone! We can't wait to stay again.

Our Stsy

We enjoyed our stay. We would give a five star, however the only issue we had was that the air conditioner did not keep the cabin very cool at night. Other than that, we enjoyed the hospitality and personal touches!

God's Country Cabins - Hope. It met all our expectations, this is a place to get away from everything that does not allow you to think and reflect, about what real matters in life, breathe clean air and a lot of peace. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to come back.

Close to Fredericksburg but still in the country

This little cabin was perfect for our getaway to Fredericksburg. You feel like you are in the middle of the country but Fredericksburg and the wineries are an easy drive. The owners and hosts are wonderful and go out of their way to answer your questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Annular eclipse trip

I enjoyed my time at Hope cabin. The facility was very nice and loved sitting out on the porch. A side benefit was the stargazing too! Perfect place to go unwind and close proximity to the Lady Bird golf course. Even enjoyed the herd of deer as I was leaving.

The property and cabin was very nice for a short weekend getaway. Perfect for 2 people. Basic amenities and the outdoor shower was relaxing. We would definitely stay again. If you are wanting to stay longer then make note there are no closets for clothes or a cooktop for meals.
