About this property

Comfortable Boardwalk Cottage Within Walking Distance of Lake, Beach and Village

Close to everything! In between Canada Street and the Lake in a residential area with a lake view. Easy access to all attractions, Lake George Steamboat Company cruises, shops and restaurants. 100 feet from the public beach and Shepard park concerts. Dock space available too (Note: additional cost and no boat trailer storage). 2 parking space available.

We offer WiFi, One TV, Four A/C's, gas BBQ, picnic table, and a patio set on a covered porch. We have a fully stocked kitchen and provide pillows, blankets and comforters. Sheets and towels available upon request.


**Please note that during our Summer season, June 1-September 1, we require a 7 night minimum stay. Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.

This is our second year renting the cottage and once again we were more than happy with our experience. Cottage is very comfortable and well maintained and we enjoyed hanging out there when we weren’t out exploring the Lake George region.

Our family loves visiting Lake George and staying at this cottage was wonderful, especially with a toddler. You have practically everything you need at the unit and it's easy walking distance to lots of fun activities.

Highly Recommend

The cottage was clean, in a great location and comfortable for my family. The description is completely accurate and we loved the location of being walking distance to the village, Steamboat Co., beach and fishing. The owner also left complementary tickets for a Steamboat ride however I had already booked the lunch tour which was excellent. Although not quite water front there is a bit of a water view. I highly recommend this cottage!!

Once again the property was spotless and everything we needed for the comforts of home were provided. We had 2 people stop for dinner on Saturday night and they drove their own cars. They parked in the lot we did and we were warned by a driveby only 2 vehicles were allowed even though there were multiple parking spaces not being used. So we cut our dinner short and they left. Other than that our experience was very pleasant. This was our 4th time here.
