This rental home is perfect for the discerning family or small group interested in home-style comfort, privacy, and great value. Vacationers no longer need to squeeze into a hotel room and share a bathroom! This tri-level townhome has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite w/50 inch Screen TV + King Bed and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully loaded kitchen, a deck with lake views, a family room with 50 in. wide-screen TV, dining and living rooms, a place to eat, relax and sleep in comfort. Every convenience includes central A/C, BBQ, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, HBO, Flat screen and plasma TVs throughout, and wireless Internet. Includes a 27’ garage for storing a boat, trailer, or jet skis.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all trash is in garbage bags and please take all trash to the dumpsters at top of driveway. There is both trash and recycling.
Please remove and/throw away all your personal items including food purchased.
It would be very helpful to strip used beds and put all used towels by the washer and dryer. Place all keys on the kitchen counter. Have a safe travel home. We hope you loved your LG vacation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours.10PM-7AM. No partying or loud discussions on the deck and patio after-hours. Keep music to a respectable level inside the home. RESPECT.
Parking: 3 spots only: Garage, Driveway and Visitor spot #4. NO TRAILERS. No parking behind property or by gravel. Violators will be towed.
Rental use by adults only. Adults 25+ must be on premises. No rental for teens. Not a party house. No leaning on deck rails.

Clean, spacious and well equipped home a couple minutes’ walk from the lake. Check in and check out was seamless and communication with the owner and property manager was easy. Plenty of room for everyone in our group of 8, which included children. Would definitely stay agin when in the area.
