The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Rinse dishes, put scraps in trash, and leave in sink. We’ll handle the washing. Places used towels in the bathtub. No deep cleaning required -leave things in an orderly condition.
Grill – If used, please clean the grates, empty the grease tray into the trash, and turn off/disconnect propane. Ensure Hot Tub cover is closed and locked.
Turn off all lights and set the thermostat to 73°F. Make sure all doors and windows are locked before leaving. Safe Travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. Within just a few minutes you’ll find grocery stores, the mall, shopping, theaters, and hospitals. Interstate 24 is right nearby, making it easy to get around. Plus, we’re only about an hour from Nashville and the international airport.

What makes our property unique is the peaceful setting. Our home sits on one acre, and from the back you can see horses grazing nearby—a beautiful view that adds to the quiet country feel, while still being close to the city.
