Best condo ever. The decor is so nice plus the condo was fully equipped for beach setting towels sand bucket. It was super clean and easy to communicate with host along with an easy check in. Would stay here for our Pensacola Beach getaway!!!!

My family and I loved staying at Mermaid Shores! It was in a great location and a nice view of the beach from the expansive balcony. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully prepared. Our host was attentive and responsive. Anything we needed she responded. Plenty of great places to eat- Peg Leg Pete for seafood, Hot Spot BBQ, El Paso Mexican, and Another Broken Egg for Brunch. We loved the condo and area so much we want to return. I highly recommend Mermaid Shores!

This condo is in a great location. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Communication was wonderful. Definitely recommend this condo for a nice relaxing vacation. Hats off to the host!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We did not expect the space to be so well stocked with spices, coffee and cleaning supplies, including laundry detergent. The view was amazing from the balcony and we enjoyed starting our mornings sitting outside. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful and we loved our stay there. The kids were already asking if we could come back to the exact same condo if we ever come back to Pensacola (it was their first time)! We loved our stay. Thank you for the fully stocked kitchen and lockers full of beach gear too! Honorable mention, every morning I woke up to watch for sunrise and I happened to see the pool man cleaning the pool. They fully scrubbed the perimeter of everything every cleaning, including the areas along the pool/spa where everyone sits. They do a very thorough job of cleaning the pool/spa at least every night that I was there and it made me very comfortable to use it as compared to other rentals cannot recommend enough

Conda was fun to stay in. The decor, comfortable furniture. The floor plan was awesome. Also found out we were one of the few with a jetted tub. Now we want to buy one, Condo not tub. Host was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
