Modern southern style and comfort await you at Conch Shell: A resort-like property on Bimini Bay. Meandering walkways take you to a well-placed hammock between two curvy coconut palms, to the salt water pool and spa, and to the tiki bar and game area. Rent a kayak or paddle board to explore the mangroves. Relax and catch some fish from our private dock. You can even play pickleball on the newly installed court! Just put up the net across the driveway for some competitive play... and you haven’t even been inside! But before heading in, pick a fresh lemon from our lemon tree to add to your cocktail.

The exterior of the home truly tells you what to expect on the inside: Charming and warm with a trendy boho beach vibe. The large expanse of the open family room and conversation area invites your entire family. A chef-approved kitchen means you can leave your knives at home. Open the French doors to your guest wing the first floor bedrooms are spacious and super comfy. An ensuite king with private desk for remote work, another king bedroom with door to bath, and a two twin bed haven.

Upstairs and private, the romantic and luminous master bedroom suite is just so sweet! Walk-in closet, master bath with shower and tub, and French doors leading you to your private deck and outdoor shower with views of Tampa Bay. The last surprise is the crow's nest, which includes a 360-degree view of Tampa Bay, Bimini Bay, and Anna Maria Island perfect for your sunset viewing pleasure.

As my family and I were driving through AMI to get to this property, my boys were amazed at all of the houses and were blown away as they realized we stopped at this property. The house is great for families. Plenty of room for all of our kids and my parents. The pool is great and the hot tub is perfect. We were able to cook in the upgraded kitchen. The dishwasher is a little finicky…but we figured it out. If I have any complaints, the carpets could be a little nicer and access to a golf cart would have been a huge upgrade. Hosts were responsive with any questions I had and the clean up responsibilities were easily managed as compared to others I have stayed at. Definitely would go to this place again.

Amazing property for a family vacation

This property has it all! Large kitchen, dining, and living area for family entertainment. A master suite on the top floor with a private deck of its own. Amazing pool and backyard dining area. Minutes from the beach and local hot spots. We couldn't have been happier with Cherryfish and can't wait to come back. Island living at its best!

We loved staying in this home, it is very pretty, completely updated and felt like our home away from home. You can tell that the owners must live here sometimes because it had everything that we could possibly need. The artwork, and furniture made us feel very comfortable. Our college age children enjoyed themselves on the fishing dock, the pool and all of the amenities. There was so much to do that we only left to go to the beach, bike ride or take our golf cart to the near by shops.

Great week on AMI at Conch Shell

With 2 adults and 5 children, we wanted a house to serve as a great home base for our week on Anna Maria. Conch Shell definitely delivered that! Highlights included the pool, pool area, the incredible chef's kitchen, master suite, and the crow's nest. The owners obviously put a lot of care into their property, it's well appointed, the beds are great, all the little things check out. Our only complaint is that there is a new home being constructed immediately nextdoor, and they started around 7am each morning. Totally understand that's a possibility when you rent a vacation house, but a head's up from the leasing company would have been nice. Otherwise, it's a fantastic family home on a wonderful little island!

A good home

This is a nice home for a large family gathering. Plenty of seating in the living areas and outdoor area. The communication between us and the property management company was easy. Things to consider: 1. Pool is cleaned on Friday. There are a lot of tree debris and bugs in the area that get in the pool daily. We had to clean it before we could use it each day. 2. The master bedroom is hot. It is located on the top floor. The AC was programmed to go off during the middle of the night. We had to call the management company to come fix it. Also the ceiling fan in the master bedroom does not stay on all night either. So you can imagine in the middle of the summer, the master bedroom is very hot. 3. We rented a golf cart to use and take us to the beach. It is a very short ride over. 4. The home has a lot of floats and beach chairs. No need to bring them with you. We asked ahead of time and were told none were supplied. 5. Having beach towels provided was a nice plus. 6. The grill did not have any propane gas in it. We did not find out until it was time to put the burgers on the grill. The management company changed it out a few days later.

Had so much fun!!! Clean home, perfect amount of space for everyone. Jacuzzi wasn’t a jacuzzi tho... and couldn’t quite find all of the remotes for the TVs in the room. But other then that we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again.

Incredible property!

We had the privilege of staying at this beautiful house with family. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria. What an incredible place. The house was great! Clean, bright and well maintained. Nice pool and deck. We used the grill almost daily. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and even crock pots! Nice appliances. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were beach towels, as well. A couple of suggestions... It would have been nice to have had a walk thru with the property manager to show us how to operate some of the appliances and also the hot tub. Also, the pool was cleaned and treated mid week, which was nice. The problem was that the yard guys came the next day and a lot of the leaves and clippings went into the water. Overall, I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Cherryfish is wonderful!

4 adults, 3 teenagers, one week. BEST vacation ever! Cherryfish is beautiful, unique, clean and a wonderful vacation rental. The backyard and pool area is absolutely perfect for spending the days in the sun, relaxing, playing, grilling and just recharging your batteries. Nothing negative to say - everything was wonderful.
