House is brand new and very clean and spacious, plenty of room for the whole family to be together for a graduation celebration. Two suggestions: some patio furniture or chairs so you can enjoy the nice patio and more towels and wash clothes.

The house is beautiful! Odd that there are two full beds in the master and no wash rags in the entire house. Coffee pot doesn’t fit the coffee maker. Nice outdoor patio but no patio furniture. For the cost I expected more furnishings and decor. Overall a nice stay.
