My home town, with lots to see, including Gunwharf, The Dockyard where you can visit the Mary Rose, the Warrior and the Victory and Southsea Sea Front to name but a few. Also, nip across the water and visit the Isle of Woght, by hovercraft, hydrofoil, or ferry

What makes this property unique


It is self contained studio flat with a separate front garden and a rear south facing private enclosed garden, with a patio area with seating, plus seating to the rear in the shade on those really sunny days. Ideal for dogs

A modern shower room, with lashings of hot water from the gas boiler.

A kitchen area, with microwave and two electric hobs, ideal for preparing snacks and quick meals.
