The studio was very clean, really well appointed with a great compact kitchen area and shower. Our host Dan, was really communicative, and checked in regularly to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The location is good, close to local shops and bars and about a 10 minute walk to the main town and a further 5-10 minutes to the beach. Parking is via permit and there seemed to be plenty of spaces available.

Small and comfortable however a power cut because of mother apartment knocked off all the socketsI had to reset trip on main fuse board good job I know how

Good place for a short stay

Self-contained studio in the heart of Southsea. This was my first visit to Portsmouth to watch the start of the Clipper 23/24 race. The decision to stay in Southsea (an easy walking down the road) and not in Gunwharf Quay was a good one. Good selection of independent eateries locally. Room was pleasant and had everything needed to make a comfortable stay. The hosts were prompt and helpful in our communications. Thank you.
