HOUSE RULES:
Due to fire hazard on hillside location, NO PARTY, FIREWORKS, and SMOKING ALLOWED anywhere on property. Violators will be fined up to $500.
For safety, no standing on any walls around property and no stepping on pebbled trench in patio to avoid slipping and falling.
Stroll along downhill steps to explore valley with precautions but do not walk directly on slopes for safety.
Do not go beyond downhill gate.
Fire pits' gas tanks must be turned OFF immediately after use.
Used fire pits must be covered after they are cooled.

Only specified number of occupants at booking allowed on premise. Exceptions allowed only with pre-approval from host. Please contact us for small, special occasion bookings or for photo shoots.

No pets on beds or furnitures. Maximum 1 dog allowed at $25 per night. Dogs must be under 20 pounds, leashed and well behaved. Pet owners must clean up after pets.

Leaking cars must park on the street, not on the driveway.

Please use white bath towels for drying bodies and hands only, not for cleaning messes or removing make up.

House' decor is updated regularly to improve your experience; however, photos may not show all updates.
