Our family lived here for many years, thoughtfully filling the house with original artwork and fascinating artifacts collected from around the world. We loved this home too much to sell it, so we moved next door to welcome guests and share this special place with others.

Your Private Resort

Enjoy a lush garden filled with vibrant plants, a tranquil pond, a private pool and spa, and a cozy fire pit. Prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen featuring a grill, wood-burning oven, and herb garden. Two covered patios offer shaded spaces for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the Southern California sunshine.

Inside, you'll find four bedrooms with one king bed and three queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Amenities include three dining tables, a pool table, Xbox, board games, pool toys, streaming TVs, surround sound, Alexa, and high-speed fiber internet. Free EV charging is also included.

Need more space? We may be able to offer our independent suite in the neighboring house for an additional fee, providing a fifth bedroom. Please inquire about availability and pricing before booking.

A Peaceful Location Near Southern California Attractions

Located at the end of a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac in Fullerton, ResArt House offers a relaxing escape while keeping you close to the action.

Explore Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Orange County beaches, museums, shopping, and entertainment. Downtown Fullerton offers excellent restaurants, bars, nightlife, and a seasonal Thursday evening farmers market with food and music. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the popular Fullerton Loop hiking and biking trail.

We're conveniently located near the 57, 91, and 5 freeways. The Fullerton train station is approximately 1.5 miles away, offering another option for exploring the region.

House Rules and Important Information

Please read the following before booking to help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Check-in and checkout

Check-in: 3 PM or later.

Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the number of overnight guests.

Let us know in advance if you plan to have visitors. Large parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Please consult the applicable booking-platform requirements for identity verification.

Quiet hours and neighbors

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please keep music and outdoor noise at a considerate level.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only, never inside the house. A $200 fee applies for indoor smoking, subject to applicable booking terms.

Pets

Pets are generally not permitted. Small dogs may be considered by prior approval for an additional $50 per day. Please contact us before booking with a pet.

Pool and spa

Spa heating is available free of charge upon request.

Pool heating to a maximum of 82°F is available for $85 per day and operates during daylight hours.

The pool is not gated and may not be suitable for toddlers or very young children. Children must be supervised at all times.

Pool and spa use is at your own risk. Jumping from the wall into the pool is prohibited. The deepest section is approximately six feet.

Additional fees

More than eight guests: $85 per additional person per day, including visitors, subject to prior approval.

Approved small dog: $50 per day.

Pool heating: $85 per day.

Please obtain approval for any additional guests or services before your stay.

During your stay
Please refer to our home guide for instructions on the remotes, coffee maker, and other appliances. If anything isn't working as expected, contact us. Since we live next door, we're happy to assist.

We ask that guests respect our home, our neighbors, and the house rules. Reservations must accurately represent the intended guests and purpose of the stay; unauthorized parties and material misrepresentations may result in action under the applicable booking terms.
