Welcome to the Glory Nest at Olliewoods Oasis—a groovy place to gather. Our oasis borders 180 acres of nature trails. Whether you're staying in our cozy cabin or one-of-a-kind air-conditioned teepee, you'll be surrounded by nature, recreation, and local goodness. Nature lovers, adventure seekers, and gatherers alike will feel right at home.
Property: The Glory Nest is part of Olliewoods Oasis, a colorful 2.5-acre gathering place where nature, recreation, and community come together. Bordering 180 acres of nature trails, the oasis offers pickleball, volleyball, a pool, yard games, and our groovy outdoor hot-water shower—a guest favorite and one of the most memorable spots on the property.
Olliewoods is more than just a place to sleep. On any given day, you might see fellow travelers, pickleball players, neighbors, or small gatherings enjoying the property alongside the birds, deer, and other wildlife that call the park home.
While the oasis is designed to be shared and enjoyed, the Glory nest has its own dedicated space to call home during your stay.
Guest Access: Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared amenities of Olliewoods Oasis, including the pool, pickleball court, volleyball court, yard games, pavilion areas when available, the Groovy Go Go bathhouse, and our guest-favorite outdoor hot-water shower. Access to amenities may occasionally be shared with other overnight guests or visitors enjoying the oasis.
We know many guests stay with us to be closer to family and friends, and we’re happy to accommodate occasional visitors with advance notice. Visitor fees apply.
Groups, celebrations, parties, and organized gatherings require a separate rental package and may not be accommodated through overnight reservations.
Interactions with Guests: Olliewoods Oasis is owned and loved by Ollie and Paula Oliver. Often called "people collectors," we love bringing people together and creating spaces where memories are made.
While we respect your privacy and are happy to let you enjoy your stay uninterrupted, we're always happy to share our favorite local spots, answer questions, or help you discover all the goodness our area has to offer.
Whether you're looking for connection or quiet time, we're happy to follow your lead.
Other Details to Note: Olliewoods Oasis is a gathering place as well as an overnight destination. While many days are peaceful and quiet, the property may occasionally host small gatherings or recreational activities that make use of shared amenities and common areas.

Because we border 180 acres of nature trails, you can expect to encounter birds, deer, insects, and other wildlife from time to time. That's part of the charm of staying so close to nature.
Visitors must be approved in advance and visitor fees apply. Groups, parties, celebrations, and organized gatherings require a separate rental package and may not be accommodated through overnight reservations.

About the host
Hosted by paula oliver
Hi! We're Ollie and Paula Oliver. Often called "people collectors," we love bringing people together and creating spaces where memories are made. We like to say Olliewoods Oasis was God's idea, not ours. It had to be Him—we would never have chosen to work this hard! When we're not working around the oasis, you'll find us riding our bikes anywhere and everywhere they can take us, supporting local businesses, and enjoying the small-town spirit that makes our community so special.
Why they chose this property
We moved here more than 25 years ago when the property looked very different than it does today. What never changed was our love for the 180-acre nature park right behind us and the feeling of being tucked away in nature while still being close to everything.
Over the years, what started as our home gradually evolved into Olliewoods Oasis—a place where people can gather, connect, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Looking back, we never could have imagined where the journey would lead, but we're grateful every day that it did.
What makes this property unique
What makes Olliewoods Oasis unique is that it’s more than a place to stay—it’s a place to experience. Bordering 180 acres of nature trails, guests can enjoy wildlife, outdoor recreation, and peaceful surroundings while still being just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.
Whether you're glamping in our one-of-a-kind teepee, relaxing in the cabin, playing pickleball, cooling off in the pool, or simply enjoying the sounds of nature, Olliewoods offers a blend of nature, recreation, and community that's hard to find anywhere else.
