Nestled just blocks from downtown, this private escape boasts its own entrance on separate street from main house entrance, yard, and patio. Indulge in modern comforts with new appliances, a dual gas burner, air-fryer, in-suite laundry, and a walk-in shower. Unwind with a show on the big screen TV. Minutes from Randolph AFB. Need more room? The attached main house is also for rent!

Our property’s security system includes a camera at the rear attached studio's front door doorbell, the main house front door doorbell, a driveway camera, and a west (side) yard camera/floodlight.

-Guest Access-
The studio is attached to the back of the main house with its own private entrance and private gated yard with patio access via the adjacent street. You will have access to the entire studio, its private patio and yard. The main house, driveway, and its private patio and yard are not allowed access unless booked separately for the same dates.

Great long-term stay!

I stayed in the studio for 5 weeks during a clinical rotation. The place was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. The owners were receptive and accommodating.

It was a nice property and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck in the nice weather. The size of the property was perfect for us. Two adults personally I wish it had a microwave, but that’s just me but so overall, it was perfect for us.

The Studio was very tastefully decorated. Thoughtful amenities provided. The deck was much appreciated! The only drawback is having to park on the street, making access to the studio difficult due to a high curb and a high step on a slope before entering the gate to the studio.

The host had great communication and was very welcoming. Is studio is perfect for a couple or a solo. It was very clean and inviting, I enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch. The location is very quiet and private while being very close to FM 78. there's even a sonic at the corner of 78 and Mill street. The studio is nicely appointed with everything you need except groceries. I will definitely revisit this when in the area.

Schertz

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. This place was perfect for us. We weren’t going to spend much time there, but we needed a place to retire to for the evenings. The studio looked brand new. All the furniture and the kitchen were very nice. Everything worked as it should. It was all clean. The washer/dryer was an added plus. And it was only ten minutes from our loved ones. We'll definitely stay here for a similar stay in the future.Thanks.
