This is the third time I have stayed at this location, and the first at this unit.The PBH is a lovely hotel 10/10 with the property and location.Will start off with the unit was really nice. Well equipped kitchen appliances, dishes, etc.Areas for improvement:The check in time is 4pm which is rather late. Should be 3:00pm. Reached out to the owner to mention a possible 3pm check in and did not receive any communication.Have at least 4 pods of coffee. There were only 2 and they were light, no decaf, no teas, and no creamers. This is a very basic ask for any VRBO.

Had a minor maintenance issue, no one’s fault, just a simple failure, but host was great about it, and it certainly didn’t ruin anything for us. The unit had nice finishes, decor was fun and simple beach items were available for use. The larger unit was bigger than we NEEDED for a single night, but as also nice to have. Front desk clerks know so much about the owners and so helpful for area knowledge.
