Very cozy and shabby chic house with a cute barn with a pool table and putty golf. Big outdoor space with fire pit (it was too hot for our visit but would be great later in the fall). Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. Host is very response. Great location near downtown and restaurants. Great place to stay in Fredericksburg for a weekend getaway!

The house is super cute and the backyard area/amenities were all the listing promised! Beds, pillows, bedding and linens were all top notch. Furniture was cute, functional and comfortable. Location was good and communication with the host was great. Thanks again - would definitely consider again.

VRBO was way overrated. I would rate it a 1—2 at the most, definitely not a 10 like we thought according to ratings. There was no place comfortable to sit., no table, had to find remote control for tv under the couch with plenty of dust. The sink faucet in the kitchen and lavatory in bathroom had very little water pressure. Very tacky decor. Looked like it came from old flea market. Not walking distance to town like we were told. I would never recommend this to anyone. Please be advised to rerate this property. The only thing that was okay was shower and beds.
