This place was amazing and so thoughtfully designed and equipped. We had a large group from all over the US descend upon this house for the Kentucky Derby and we loved the quaint town of Versailles where the house is located and the beautiful surrounding horse farm country and multiple bourbon tasting rooms nearby. Great spot to stay and fantastically appointed property!!

We had a large family gathering that went to Keeneland. This home worked out perfectly. 14 people and plenty of space. Our host was great!

Bluegrass Manor was perfect for our group. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was a step above. It had every amenity you’d need and more. No detail was missed in the whole house. We also enjoyed the backyard. Lots of chairs to sit and relax. Randi, the host, was welcoming and very communicative. The house location was also perfect. We were 15-30 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful home perfect location very clean and lovely decor. Outside are was a plus and very spacious rooms we had the best weekend for our girls trip on the bourbon tour!

The house is absolutely beautiful! We had several families come together for an event and the house was more than accommodating. Really appreciate how everything was so clean. Kitchen was well stocked and all the cabinets were labeled (great touch).
