Keypad Accessed in the back door by the garage.

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear done to the property during your stay will be charged to you.
if we suspect any pets were in the home there is an automatic $100 fee plus any additional damage done by pets.
In the even the garage door opener gets lost there will be a $50 replacement fee.
