The space was beautiful and very clean! However I would not advertise this as being close to GCSU campus. And the noise from the upstairs in the early morning was quite a lot

Thanks Summer for staying with us! Our property description states that we are 30 minutes from Milledgeville where the college is located. We are on the east side of the lake which is much quieter and relaxing than in town. I'm sorry you experienced noise from the condo above. We hope you come back next time your in the area!
