This memorable cottage is the perfect home base for your trip to Arnold. Guests will find four comfortable bedrooms, including three queen beds and one full bed (futon conversion), making it ideal for families or groups. Two bathrooms offer convenience, with one featuring a relaxing bathtub.The kitchen is very large and great for entertaining. There is a gas grill on the outside patio that has table/chairs along with custom firepit. The driveway alone on the property is 130 yards and very private keeping you in a very serene setting. You can see the Magothy River easily from the yard and several windows of the property. The community beach is accessible- only 4 blocks away with picnic tables, sandy beach, adirondack chairs (pics attached). Watch the cruise ships go by from the house and or beach. Parking pad for two cars in front of house and access across driveway for 4 more cars. The community clubhouse is across the driveway with basketball court, pickleball court, kids playground etc...Annapolis is 10 minutes away with countless restaurants available and plenty of history. The local grocery store is in the community and only 5 minutes away. This property has deer, rabbits, osprey, bald eagles on the property each and every day. If you and your family are seeking a fantastic retreat that is extremely peaceful and being one with nature with an incredible waterview...this cottage is the one for you and your family.
