House is in great location, quick walk to ocean or bay and walking distance to restaurants. There’s a separate studio below so you share the garage and main door. Welcoming to pets but there is zero outdoor/yard space and it’s on a busy street so you will be walking down to the bay for all their business. Stairs and flooring mostly wood so it’s a little slippery for dogs. Two parking spots provided, but they are small so larger vehicles will not fit. Overall clean and main room large enough for all guests to hang out. It wasn’t the best of our group, but decent spot if you want to hit the beach all day and be able to walk to dinner.

Location was great and offered easy, walkable access to either Mission Beach or Mission Bay. Plenty of great shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance as well. The unit itself could use some updates. Blinds did not work well and we had a hard time opening and closing some of the windows.There is plenty of room. The daybeds in the living room were a great feature as well as the additional room tucked in the loft area. The property is located in a noisy neighborhood so be prepared for that. We unfortunately had a really noisy group staying directly next door to us. You can hear all of the cars on the road and apparently some folks like to burn down the street late at night. The property is also divided into multiple rentals so you are sharing some of the common areas (driveway, garage, walkways, etc.). Overall our stay was enjoyable. Just be prepared for the noise, especially if you are traveling with kids.

The management crew is extremely responsive and helpful as well as willing to provide or fix whatever may be broken or missing from the property. The home is very close to the beach which is very nice. I will say though, the property needs some attention. Management needs to do a thorough walkthrough because there are lots of small things that need attention. There are a few details about the listing that are inaccurate and need updated. The garage is not available for parking and the driveway is Only for short compact vehicles. My Tesla was too long and hung over into the street and it was within inches of the garage door. There are a few places where nails are sticking up in the wood flooring, doors that stick and won't close all the way, cabinets in the bathroom where the paint is peeling up so bad that it's sharp, the knobs on the stove are not covered and also loose so if you bump them at all, gas is leaking into the kitchen (luckily we noticed quickly). The shower curtain upstairs doesn't even kind of fit the shower so the bathroom gets soaked with showering. Otherwise, this day was great and again the management crew responded very quickly to any concerns or questions.
