We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Legacy Villas.Our host was extremely helpful and communicative.Villas was clean, spacious and well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels even for the pool. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. TheComplex has plenty of pools to choose from and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The grounds are lovely, with fountains, native plants and fruit trees.We will certainly return.

Great location, very responsive owners

Terrific location in the Legacy Villas community, close to the main clubhouse in large pool. The owners were very responsive, whenever we had a question or concern.

Lovely condo

Unit had everything we needed even towels for the pool. Beds were very comfortable and the clubhouse was an easy 3 min walk. The restaurant open on the weekends for breakfast and lunch worked out perfectly!

Perfect and peaceful

Perfect place for my nephew and I. We were in town for his Ironman and the location was excellent. Close to everything we needed, clean, comfortable and the room set up was ideal! We enjoyed our stay and would use this place again. Check in was a breeze. It had everything we needed in a quiet setting.

Peaceful and Comfortable

This Villa was great! Roomy unit with patios overlooking fountains and mountains, also conveniently located in the complex. Owner Shannon provided us everything we needed, including tips on stores/restaurants nearby. Made a good “home away from home”.

Beautiful property and quiet location

The property has all the facilities necessary for a vacation with family or a group of friends. It is also very clean and can easily acomodate 6 persons because it has an extensible couch in the living room. The hosts are very kind and helpful If you need their asistance.

Great relaxing spot in La Quinta for the family to celebrate the new year. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Listing as described and shown in pictures. Great amenities in the complex and well located close to the La Quinta resort. Will return.

I love legacy Villas!

Shannon was easily available for questions and slight changes. This might have been the most reasonably priced villa and it was just perfect for us to visit my daughters for a mini vacation. I cannot thank the owners enough for making it all possible.

Legacy Villa 48-672

The property was very clean and stocked with appropriate cooking utensils, towels, beach towels, etc. The location is great, the gym was well furnished, and I especially liked the Lap Pool. It is truly a lap pool. Beautiful and has a hot tub right next to it. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained.

Villa in the Desert

This is a very clean, well supplied condo. Two bedroom, two bath separated by the living area. Located in a beautiful, quiet resort, yet close to shopping & restaurants. Our only suggestion would be some more comfortable furniture. The couch back leaned way back, and one of the beds was quite soft. But still a nice week with our family.

Great spot in a great community Lots of pools so you never felt crowded Central location Air quality in unit not the cleanest. Filters in ceiling showed dirty and when ceiling fans were running we both struggled with sneezing and coughing - other then that clean unit

Wonderfully relaxing vacation with our family

We had a wonderful time in our Legacy Villa this 4th of July weekend! The unit was clean and comfortable and Shannon was very helpful and accomodating. The location is gorgeous! We have stayed at the La Quinta Resort previously and this was our first time at Legacy Villas. We definitely look forward to returning to Legacy Villas in the future. The only minor Covid 19 inconvenience was having to secure wristbands for the weekend pool usage. We were limited to two hours of pool use a day at a time and pool of our choice beginning Friday. Apparently other neighboring resorts had pool limits as well. We hope the limitations will no longer be in place when we return.

Great location

We loved the community, many pools, walks and security at the gate at all times.The condo was as photographed, great space, everything you needed in the kitchen.Loved that we could walk into old town La Quinta, lots of restaurants and coffee shops.We had no questions when we were there because Shannon had answered them beforehand and also sent a very comprehensive email.We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return ourselves next year

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had 2 separate king beds/baths and patio walkouts which was perfect for 2 couples. The location was great for golf and the local restaurants were fantastic. More than enough supplies in the condo.

We bought (and left the light bulbs) because the interior seemed dark. The paint color is a bit dark but we didn’t feel there was enough light to read in the evening. It was also difficult to find the condo at night. Addresses were not easy to find in the dark.
