Lovely views of St. John's in the distance. On a clear day one can see as far as the coast. A comfortable place, like home away from home. While small, the rooms do have enough space for at least a small office table and chair. Using the cafe-style high table for work gets really uncomfortable. The front desk is highly responsive, at all times, and extremely helpful. The price, overall, is still a bit steep.

This apartment building is not new, disappointed with the money requested for the value. The rental was on a second floor with a narrow staircase with different type of flooring not matching, hole in wall. The lighting in stairs and in apartment were fluctuating and flickering. The entrance door was at the end of its lifetime and broken. On site free parking available is great. The two large bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds. The host: David, was courteous and provided prompt answers, but his team never provided the fan requested on several requests nor provided answers to the repairs stated above. Videos and pics were taken on checking in and out. This small apartment could be nice with appropriate repairs, but was taken off VRBO prior to our departure.
