Absolutely wonderful little home. Close to downtown for walking. The lowest level is nice and cold which was lovely during the heat. Parking was nice and convenient. Everything was clean and easy to find what we were looking for. My only complaint, which really isn't much of a complaint was that the bed downstairs wasn't a queen size as listed it was closer to a double but it just meant my husband and I snuggled closer. Mike was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property for your stay.

This house was fantastic and the hosts were great. It was right at the edge of downtown St. John's!

We booked this house about 10 months before our trip and thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days, comes with everything you need including parking, laundry, walking distance to everything, and the hosts were great. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this home for six nights (June 30th to July 5th). The house was perfect for our situation. It was stocked with all you need to cook, relax, and enjoy time with friends. It is an older home (as they all are in this part of the city) but was very clean. The deck was a nice touch as the sun was on it for long periods of the day and just sitting with a cold beverage was the best. Having separate sleeping areas (basement and upstairs) works excellent for families and larger groups. The location is absolutely ideal. You are close enough to walk downtown (5 min walk) to all the shops, restaurants and bars, but far enough away that you can leave it all behind. Having a parking spot is also a real bonus as parking in the downtown area is extremely difficult and expensive. The host was very helpful and available when needed. We would definitely rent this home again.
