800 Square Feet of Newly Constructed Legal Basement Apartment with separate entrance located in the heart of Stouffville, ON. Easy access to highway 48, 404, local parks, hiking trails, and golf courses. Located on a ravine lot in a quiet neighborhood with parking available. Full kitchen and bathroom with amenities available along with 2 bedrooms equipped with queen sized beds and a walk-in closet. Wi-Fi is available along with TV with Netflix, Prime, and other apps.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including living space, kitchen, 2bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
For everyone’s safety, security cameras are located on the exterior (front and rear) of the property. A garage camera monitors entry points to ensure guest limits are respected.
House Rules
No smoking indoors — smoke outside only and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
No pets allowed.
Registered guests only — unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night. Maximum 4 registered guests only. No unregistered overnight visitors. Prior to your stay, all visitors will need to submit one piece of valid government-issued Photo ID via the Online Check-In Form. The purpose is for guest screening and safety to ensure the safety of the property. If Valid Photo ID is not provided you will be REFUSED ENTRY to the property. Furthermore, a valid Credit Card must be added to the Payment Method of the Online Check-In Form for a $250.00 CAD credit pre-authorization - which will subsequently be released 2 days after check-out following completion of a property inspection.
Clean up after yourself — place dishes in the sink, separate food waste into compost bags, and use garbage bags for all other trash. Leave garbage in the garage or set it out Thursday night for Friday morning pickup.
Quiet hours after 11 PM — please respect our neighbors.
Do not wash hair down the drains — collect and dispose in the trash.
Lost key fee: $150.
Shoes off inside — use the shoe rack at the entrance. A $250 fee applies if shoes are worn in the house.
Extended stays (30+ days): mandatory montly cleaning at $125 per month.
Kitchen use: keep hot pans/dishes on kitchen counters only. Do not place them directly on the dining table to avoid damage (charges may apply).
We communicate primarily through the Airbnb app and aim to respond to all messages promptly. Guests can expect timely assistance with any questions or issues, while still enjoying full privacy throughout their stay. In case of urgent matters, additional contact details will be provided after booking.
