Regarding the kitchen supplies mentioned, we normally provide paper towels and dishwasher pods for guests, and when you reached out, we delivered additional items within the hour to make sure you were comfortable during your stay. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially regarding cleanliness and the accuracy of our listing. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and I’ve already addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure this never happens again. For clarification, the washer and dryer are indeed available for guest and are located within the unit. It is stated on the listing that it is coin laundry, and within the rules on the listing and the manual provided it states that it is available upon request for a fee. However, I understand this could have been made clearer but I dont think there is any way to make it more informed. Regarding parking, we always have one parking available for guests by default. I dont get why you are complaining about parking and leaving a bad review for it when you did not have a car. Never had a guest even ones with cars complain about the parking. Its available and never an issue to access. I however apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for everyone who stays with us.
