Bright & sparkling fully updated with comfort and taste, direct view of the 5th hole of the Nicklaus Tournament Course. Kitchen has new appliances, tile flooring, slab granite tops, both baths have granite plus new fixtures.

Semi-private pool next door (rarely anyone there)! Enjoy all PGA West has to offer. Access to all of the PGA West courses with direct bookings through each area respectively. Ernie's is great for drinks or meals!

Enjoy the glorious weather of the Desert and lovely LaQuinta without the large price tag!

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully furnished and appointed. Flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms & living room with premium movie channels. Livingroom has spectacular views through the floor-to-ceiling glass looking out on the course & mountains. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large sectional couch and appointed with a large flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and books for your enjoyment.

Dining room has a table that comfortably seats 8 with an amazing view of the course & mtns. Patio has a 2-person enjoy-your-coffee/cocktails table on the small deck & 4-person high top table on the larger part of the desk. Both are right above the tee box!

The condo is fully stocked with everything from high-thread-count linens, pots & pans, air fryer, wine glasses, Keurig coffee machine, outdoor gas BBQ, toys for the kiddos, pool towels & toys!

Key was great. Little disappointed at check in time. My name was not in the list so we had to wait and not sure who's fault was it but we had good help from guard at community entrance. Condo is great we just found guest bathroom toilet seat dirty underneath. Cleaned by my wife. Overall good experience. Swimming pool right behind garage just a few steps away. Thanks Kay for letting us stay in your place.

Kay was an amazing host! When it turned out that the AC failed at her property she quickly found an alternative. We hope to come back and stay at Kay's in the very near future! I highly recommend Kay as a host, great communication and lovely property.

Wonderful time at this desert gem!

I couldn't ask for a better time at Kay's beautiful condo for my 35th birthday celebration! Her condo was clean and offered plenty of room for my four girlfriends and I. We were right next to the pool which you pretty much get to yourselves the entire time and Kay was super easy to communicate with. Such a great, affordable option to stay at one of the nicest spots in the desert. Only a ten minute drive to Old Town La Quinta too! Thank you so much Kay, we will be back!!

Great stay!

This place was extremely clean and very nice. I am definitely going to return. We had everything we needed and Kay was so quick to respond to my messages. Location is great as it is right next to the pool. I went with friends, but I am definitely coming back with my kids. I would highly recommend this place!

The apartment and the host are both fantastic. My family enjoyed our stay very much. My husband and I enjoyed all the great golf courses near the condo and my girls practically lived in the pool. It was a great way to break COVID SIP for our family.

Perfect place for a little R&R

This was a piece of heaven especially during this pandemic! The cleanliness, precautions taken by the owners and the location of the condo was perfect for the necessary social distancing my family and I needed since we all have asthma. My nervousness about staying in the Condo was eased immediately upon arrival. This would be an even better experience to visit after the pandemic as the location is perfect place to get away from the normal hustle and bustle of life and recharge. The VIEW alone was enough to relax us :) We will definitely be staying there again and again - pandemic or not!

We're a family that lives in Northern California but often like to escape away for a little relaxation and fun. This condo is our home and it shows-no low budget rental interior here.

We enjoy the warm weather and relaxing atmosphere of the desert. The golf can't be missed and cruising the consignment stores never gets old!

Why they chose this property

As a family of golfers there is no other place to be than PGA West. We love the small town of LaQuinta and the great restaurants-ask us for recommendations when you come!

The kids love the pool and spa next door. There is rarely anyone using it so it's as though we have our own private pool.

What makes this property unique

This gated community is like a world all of its own. You can walk to the Clubhouse to eat dinner at Ernie's while overlooking the course, catch a drink at the bar or hop on the golf cart to take a tunnel over to the other courses.
