You'll be close to several beaches, Kailua Village, and Coconut Grove Marketplace with restaurants, music, and shopping. The Kona Trolley and island-wide bus service has a stop in front of the property. Watch the whales and dolphins from your lanai or the oceanfront pool & cabana. Enjoy extended outdoor entertaining space with the cabana kitchen, gas barbecues, tiki torches, bathroom/shower facilities, private sandy beach, and an additional pool. Enjoy the the very unique, near nightly cultural "pu" (conch shell) blowing sunset ceremony at the sea wall. The gated property includes a convenience store, hair/nail salon, laundromat, and car wash bay. This unit is upgraded with a walk-in shower, an in-unit washer & dryer, drinking water filtration system, ceiling fans, bamboo privacy shades, and newer appliances. Enjoy the ocean view from your private lanai or join your Casa Ohana for sunset cocktails. This is a non-smoking/vaping complex that does not allow pets. Rental includes one unassigned parking space, within or outside security gate, cable TV, and wireless internet.
