My Granddaughter and I loved the pool and hot tub. The walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants was perfect. The unit was roomy and very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Location, location, location; couldn’t ask for more. Mahalo!

This was an amazing stay! We were a short walk away from the beach and we were able to sleep at night since we could not hear the waves. The hosts provided us with beach towels, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella which was perfect for going to the beach every day! The fold out couch was actually comfortable to sleep on and there was a nice balcony with 4 chairs and a table. The hosts kindly provided us with drinks and snacks and made our stay in Hawaii very welcoming!

Great Location and Comfort

Easy walk to Kona restaurants, shops and farmers market. This was a comfortable place to relax after active days of hiking and snorkeling.

Great Location. Walking distance to pier and shops and restaurants. Very quiet area. Condo was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. We had a very nice washer / dryer. Host gave us our door code several days before we arrived. Great stay.

This property was the perfect place to rest at the end of each day while we were exploring the island. It was in a good location too…close to restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store.

Perfect Location

This was there first trip for my son and I together and the location was perfect, as well as the condo. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! My son loved to go to the pool and hot tub in the evening. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great condo in Kailua-Kona

We very much enjoyed our stay at this quiet and clean condo. Well laid out with all the amenities (and more) that you’ll need. Nice and close to groceries and restaurants and a short walk to the heart of town and beach.

The condo is great for families with kids - games, pool noodles, beach toys, lifevest, beach chairs, extra sheets/pillows. The condo pool was nice too. The hosts were helpful/responsive with setting up video streaming even though we called on the weekend. Minus 1 star as the location is not very walkable to the beach (if you need to haul any gear).
