Owned by the Hilker family from 1919 to 1971, the home was lovingly preserved until Miss Frieda, the last heir, passed away.
Relocated from San Antonio Street in 1975, the house began its new chapter as a bed and breakfast in 1977, a tradition that continues to this day.
