Beautifully situated on the ground floor at the end of its row, this newly renovated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo enjoys a fantastic setting in the Omni Amelia Island Plantation. Enjoy wonderful privacy and a spacious patio that's perfect for morning coffee and dining with a view of the golf course and lake.

Inside, the open floor plan is excellent for entertaining friends and family. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, lovely sea glass backsplash, and an adjacent linen room with full-size washer/dryer. The living room offers a desk for easy work setup and a 55-inch smart TV for viewing your own favorite streaming services. High speed internet and WiFi are also available.

The large primary bedroom has a king bed, a 50-inch flatscreen TV, and a newly renovated en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (with a hand-held showerhead). The second bedroom has two twin beds, a 50-inch flatscreen of its own, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a hand-held shower and a tub.

This condo is a short walk from the beach access point, shops, the spa, restaurants, and mini-golf at the Omni Amelia Island Resort Village. Excellent - but pay attention

Very nice place. Would stay again but there are two things. 1) Pay attention to access the property (thru Omni Hotel). It confusing until you figure it out. 2) While the place is clean, nice, great location - it could use better lighting. None of the rooms had bright area.
