GIGI's Stunning Place - Beautiful 2 family home located in East part of Brooklyn
I have a beautiful home located in East part of Brooklyn. The apartment is located on the first floor and has it's own entrance. The lovely, light-filled space offers an impressive mix of charm and modern design. Each bedroom has two large windows which brings a lot of natural light into the apartment. The space is located twenty minutes to Downtown Brooklyn and thirty minutes into City and Williamsburg. The property is fifteen minutes from JFK where you can catch the B-15 down the block to JFK airport for only $2.75 or an UBER ride for as low as $15
The apartment has a full kitchen that is fully equipped with a new stainless steel refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and wine glasses. Though there is no cable, it is equipped with an internet ready television and WIFI
Though the apartment is cozy, it is well designed and is perfect for couples, close friends or family. It is also pet friendly.

Authentic New York
This home was extremely convenient for the area we wanted to stay. Coming from the Midwest, I'd say Gigi's is "authentic" New York. Cozy but clean, hardwood floors, and newly painted walls/ceilings.
It appears to be a fairly new addition to the home rental market and still needed some attention. The tub drain was clogged but owner was very responsive in getting this corrected. Bathroom sink had an odor that hopefully will be addressed.
Assuming bathroom sink odor is eliminated, we'd certainly stay there again next time we're in town.

Your host
I live on the second floor of the property. I am a mom and grand mother to a beautiful little girl who is the apple of my eye. I am very family oriented because I grew up in a large family. I grew up on a beautiful island called Dominica. Migrated to the US twenty plus years ago and called Brooklyn my home. I love New York and would like to provide people with a beautiful and affordable place to stay as they experience New York the way I did.
Why they chose this property
I choose to buy this property because I lived in this area for most of my years in NY. My children grew up in this area.
What makes this property unique
I fall in love with the property at first sight. I love that it was a brick and the color speaks to me. The main features for me were balcony, the second apartment being a duplex, and the second floor apartment had two full bathrooms. I love sitting on the balcony at night during the fall which is my favorite season.
