Beautiful luxury Lefferts Garden. 3 bedrooms apartment

We live in quite, friends neighborhood of limestone houses. Great location in Lefferts garden / Flatbush Ave area, we are 15 minutes walk to Cortelyou Road, which has a diverse of excellent restaurants, bars, farmer's market on Sunday, a wine shop, a yoga studio and assorted local shops. Many stores and West Indian cuisine are within a few blocks away. We are 17 minutes walk to Prospect Park, and 15 minutes to Brooklyn College. There are many transportation options from this area. the closest trains and buses are 7 minutes walk the 2/5 train at Church Avenue and Nostrand, which will get you to Manhattan in 35 minutes.
