Fantastic location and very comfortable for 2 couples and a dog. Appreciated having bathrooms in each of the main bedrooms. Only complaint is the early morning (6:30 am) pickup of the garbage at the restaurant next door. One recommendation would be to add ceiling fans in the two main bedrooms.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very clean, well stocked w/bath linens, kitchen utensils and quite roomy. The location is great, though main street Moab is a very busy and noisy road. The town desperately needs a by-way for commercial vehicles. The AC unit needs an update. Mini-splits in the back bedrooms would go a long way in solving the problem as the current system does not adequately cool them and bedtime temps were too warm for us.The kitchen table is sticky. No amount of washing it cleared it up. It feels weird and things like cards, napkins and maps would stick to the surface. Either sand it down, provide table cloths, or get a new table. The area where the picnic table and grill are needs an overhead light. The Coleman lamp hung from a nail in the rafter is not enough to provide the right lighting for grilling in the evening.Even with these issues we enjoyed our stay there and liked the place overall.

Wonderful vacation rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place for a family or multiple people. It was exactly as pictured. It's a pretty house and everything was very clean. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us the space we needed to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The living area was comfortable. The hot tub at the end of a day of hiking was a treat as well. The location is right in Moab. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. The Moab Diner next door serves up an excellent breakfast. Juanita's Place gave us everything we were looking for on our trip.

A great spot close to be able to walk to everything.Would recommend the king size bed rooms need more furniture - we were there for a week and hardly had anywhere to put our things. Would also be nice to have some lighting back where the hot tub is. Overall suited our needs!
