The Space:

Inside, this inviting home is designed for relaxation and convenience. The living room greets you with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a cozy armchair, ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. The kitchen is warm and bright, fully stocked with essentials and equipped with stainless steel appliances and a kettle for tea lovers. With enough space for everyone, prepare your home-cooked meals together then gather at the dining table for six to enjoy conversation. Before the evening comes to an end, be sure to step out to your small private patio where you can savor the fresh Florida air. Every detail makes The Capri Villa a welcoming retreat for your Tampa stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Pool is not heated.

• A key fob is provided for access to community amenities such as the pool and tennis courts. A $100 replacement fee will apply if the fob is lost, misplaced, or not returned after your stay.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle in a reserved spot. 1 additional vehicle can park in a visitor spot on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• 1 external camera is located outside of the back door monitoring entrance, backyard, back gate towards the parking lot.
