No smoking, parties, glitter or pets (ADA Title II, Title III Service Animals excepted). $250 cleaning fee for smoking, animal, or glitter cleanup.

Great cozy and charming condo. Ground floor was a bonus...and so was the lanai. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Definitely recommend. We found our excellent place to stay in Tampa.

I have stayed at several condos in the PL community and this one is hands down my favorite. Extremely clean, the pink and gold are done with such class you feel like you’re in a luxury hotel. We'll definitely be back to this one.
