You are going to love this easy living home located right next to the water.

Working or going to school remotely? This is a great space to base out of. There are plenty of separate work spaces with high speed internet for the whole family. Plus great views and the beautiful outdoors when you need to stretch your legs or get a breath of fresh air.

Great spot on the North West side of Flathead Lake to base out of to visit Glacier Park, Whitefish, Bigfork, Kalispell, Lakeside, Somers and all the Flathead valley has to offer. Just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and the many attractions of the area.

Winter time is beautiful with many winter sports available including downhill snowboarding or skiing at Blacktail Ski Resort or Whitefish Ski Resort. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice skating, ice fishing and snow shoeing.

Attention to detailed cleaning and disinfecting between each guest.

This home has a gentle beach. During the spring, summer and fall there are 2 stand up paddle boards for you to use.

The fire pit is located on the beach for night time gathering and s'more cooking. Please bring your own wood.

The dock is large. It works well for fishing off of, sunbathing on, and for jumping into the water. The dock has slips for your boat

The yard around the house is fenced. There is a nice cedar play set with swings, monkey bars, and a slide, climbing wall, play house and sand box.

The deck of the home is right off of the living room, kitchen and dining area. The large deck has a gas barBQ grill, patio furniture and table for outdoor living and views.

The home is about 2400 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main floor of the home consists of the living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and attached master bathroom with a large jetted tub and a steam sauna shower. The main floor also has a guest bedroom, guest bathroom, and the laundry room.

The upstairs living area has 2 queen beds, couch, a small bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower and a nice office area with great views of the lake and mountains.

The basement has a bedroom with two twin beds in it. This is a nice room for kids as the ceiling is not full height.

The home is equipped with plenty of bed and bath linens, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, zip lock bags, foil, saran wrap, spices, oil etc. to get you started. If you don't feel like cooking there are a number of good restaurants close by in the towns of Somers, Lakeside, Bigfork and Kalispell.

A nice walking and riding path is located next to the house that will take you into the town of Somers and connects with the Rails to Trails in Somers. You may take the Rails to Trails path all the way into Kalispell.

The home sits on .52 acres. There is plenty of parking.

The home is equipped with a Ring Video Doorbell. It is outside by the front door, for your protection and ours.

This house is a hidden gem. The house was well-stocked in the kitchen. Our kids had a blast enjoying cousin time right on the lake jumping off the dock swimming as well as the swing set allowed them to have a great trip together. Very family friendly house and surrounding area.

A Great Place!

Very well stocked kitchen with lots of appliances, gadgets & anything else you'd need to help make meals for the family....even spices! Lots of towels, pillows, blankets-we used bc it was chilly-games which we played due to rainy weather! Other thank the weather a few days, we enjoyed the paddle boards & the peddle boat was a hit with my grandaughter! Not our first time at this wonderful place & won't be our last! Thanks, Lourdes & family!

Nice Vacation Home on Flathead Lake

Property was clean and comfortable. Really appreciate being able to communicate with the property manager in real time. Be careful though!--The neighbor owns the paddle boat and he'll yell at your kids!

Lake house vaca

Everything was great with this property, we had an excellent time. Loved the location and private lake access! The only thing that was unexpected was the central air didnt seem to be able to keep up with the high temps during our stay in this older home. Other than that it was a wonderful experience!

An older home that is a cozy cabin feel. I appreciated how clean it was. Beautiful lakefront property. Very well thought out and stocked. Lots of little things like extra plug ins by the beds and shampoo and soap in the shower. Was an exceptional stay!

Family time

Great time spent with family. Have young grandchildren so the play set and fenced in backyard are really what made me puck this one. With young ones happy adults can relax. This home was full of extras, well stocked, very clean. We all enjoyed our time here.

Great week with family!

This property is truly a perfect spot for families with kids, even a 20 month old. Place has all the amenities you could possibly need, lots of space, unbelievable views, and so many things close by. We had a boat and jet ski, and the boat ramp was located close by...literally 2 minutes. We had to pull out one day for only an hour due to high winds..the rest of the time was perfect. So appreciate all the small touches. We love the place!

Better Than the Description

This property was even better than the description, which never happens! It was so clean, stocked with anything you might need, and had lots of room inside the house. We loved the beach with the kids. It is a gentle slope and nice rock that allowed them to play without us worrying about drop offs. The paddle boards were fun for everyone and our boat was able to dock even with the lake being low. What an enjoyable place to spend time!

Wonderful 50th anniversary family celebration

We were lucky to find this beautiful beach home to celebrate our 5oth wedding anniversary with our family. At times we had very young children for the day, playing in the water and enjoying the beautiful weather. The paddle boards and paddle boat were fun for all!! It was great for young and old alike!! We kept our boat in the boat dock and were able to lift it out of the water at night and when the lake was rough. The fenced back yard next to the beach was a perfect spot for small children to stay safe and play on the great playground toys while watching everyone on the beach. The home was equipped with everything we needed (and more) from extra blankets for cooler nights to DVD's (and popcorn) to enjoy on a cold, rainy day.

We don’t want to leave!

That was the unanimous verdict as we were packing up after our stay this week. This house, on a Flathead Lake bay, could not have been more perfect for us, our kids and grandchildren. Mother Nature could have been kinder. . .we had more rain than sun! In fact, that’s what we most appreciated about the place, it is so well stocked, and comfortable, we did not mind being inside when the rain was too much. We played games that were available (Clue), read some children’s books, watched a couple old movies and cooked meals together in the well stocked kitchen. There were even hula hoops! The beach area was perfect for our grandchildren to play in the water, and the paddleboards and paddle boat were a lot of fun. One of the most important things for me is “are the beds comfortable?” They are, with feather pillows, comfy sheets and cozy comforters. . .and waking up in the master offers a spectacular view of the lake, rain and shine. The house is welcoming, very clean, the gardens lush and beautiful. The owner was kind, available and accommodating. Even the neighbor welcomed us and offered to help if we needed anything. I highly recommend and really hope to return next year.

Amazing Property!!!!

What a fantastic home!! Amenities were beyond expectations! Beautifully located right on the lake! The guys had a blast fishing!! Very child friendly! The beds were SOO comfortable and don’t even get me started on the steam shower in the master bedroom 😍😍…. 10/10! Highly recommend staying here if you want to be on the lake! Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Family fun with a beautiful view

The house was everything we wanted. The beds were very comfortable. We had little kiddos and the lake, pebble shore, and dock kept them happy for hours. The paddle boards and paddle boat were amazing pluses for the trip. The play structure was also a hit. The location was great and easy run to Lakeside, Bigfork, and Kalispel for supplies.

Beautiful lakefront, well appointed home

Pretty much everything about this property was wonderful. Right on the sparkling lake, nicely decorated, deck and back yard with lake views. Excellent beds, very well appointed with every cooking item you could hope for, pantry basics. Fresh cherries just coming into season. Close to groceries. Right on bike path. Great mountain biking a short drive away. The only downside was it is close to road so there’s some road noise during the day. If you go out on the dock you’re not aware of it.

Great vacation spot for family

This vacation home was everything we hoped for for our family stay over Thanksgiving weekend. It was well stocked with linens and kitchen wares, plus many toys and books. A spacious laundry room and even an office space. Being right on the water was such a treat; I would love to come stay in the summer! Thank you for everything Cheryl!

Family celebration for 70th Birthday

This house is so beautiful, clean and well stocked. It has everything you need. It is just like coming home. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was great. The view with the docks and the fire pit were perfect. This place was better then expected. We had celebrated my husbands 70th Birthday and we had all our kids there. They came from Texas, Denver, Portland and Missoula. There was plenty of room for us all. It was so fun and relaxing. Thank you so much for letting us stay there.

Perfect family getaway

This property was perfect for our family. We fit 10 people. Each family had its own space. The backyard was perfect for the grandchildren. It was fenced in so we had no concern about the two-year-old running in the water. The marrieds loved the dock, the paddleboards and the paddle boat. It was so good to have everyone together again.

We were drawn to the area to partake of all the many year round outdoor opportunities, the beauty and the low key feeling of the Flathead Valley. We now have 3 lovely girls ages 16, 14 and 7 years old along with some family pets. We have currently moved to the Island of Kauai so our home is available for you to make memories in. We have a Montana manager and excellent cleaners who are available if you need something. We hope that you enjoy your time in Cheryl and Jason's Lakefront Gem, #486969.
