Beautiful Modern Home Fully Upgraded!

Very modern house upgraded to the max. The house is about 1,700 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The house has a beautiful backyard with a big bar, lights, bbq, pool and Spa. The pool isn't heated but the Spa more than makes up for it.

The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park with a track, soccer field and basketball courts. The house is very private which is perfect for relaxing. Shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, theaters and freeway are all within 1 to 2 mile radius.

Everything you need is very close which makes things convenient.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The home was well kept and updated. It had plenty of space and everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and was a great place to hang out and enjoy some sunshine. Our host, Jose, contacted us before our stay to provide check in information and answer any questions we might have. He was kind and welcoming. The open-concept home was attractively decorated, spacious, well furnished, and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The patio area was private, attractive, and comfortable. It featured a NON HEATED but lovely pool, bar with stools, gas fire place, big screen tv, grill, lemon tree & more. We loved the home’s proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. In addition, we were delighted to find a park with walking trails less than a block from the front door.
