Stunning Gilbert Home w/ Heated Pool and Hot Tub

Brand New Pool and Spa!

Located within minutes to EVERYTHING! Downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, Water Parks, Hiking trails, Spring Training, Golfing, Food, Casinos, Malls, and both Airports. You name it, it’s all within 15 minutes or less.

Freshly remodeled, everything is brand new, modern and high-end luxury. Every detail matters… we carefully picked out furniture and decor to make this feel like your home away from home.

Stay in this spacious single level, 4 bedroom home with all the space you need to host up to 12 people comfortably. There are 2 working desks for your convenience.

All the cookware you could possibly need for a large meal and storage tupperware for leftovers! There will be a handful of K-Cups, Dishwasher pods and Laundry pods available when you arrive. We have a Keurig and regular drip coffee pot with filters. Basic spices such as salt, pepper, garlic, and an everything spice for meat.

The backyard boasts an enormous covered patio, Weber grill, and yard games such as corn hole, can jam and a putting green!

If you are looking to have the pool heated please message me first so I can adjust the daily rate based on fee for heating the pool. Message me with any questions!

Fantastic Backyard

We booked this house for a girls trip. The house had the perfect number of beds for our group of 5 but could easily accommodate more. The backyard pool and hot tub were fantastic! The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a pool, hot tub and putting green. Nicely remodeled home with lots of room to relax. Owner is very responsive to questions. You also have use of the garage which is a nice bonus.

Mesa February stay

We stayed here for the month of February. The inside part of the house was nice but most of our time was spent outside. The outdoor area was really great. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and very clean. There is a very large table on the patio with an overhang where we would usually gather. The bed mattresses were in good shape and the house was well stocked with needed accessories (pots and pans, dishware, towels,etc)

The house is very well equipped and comfortable. We spent as much time as we could in the pool and hot tub. It was so nice to escape our cold winter and enjoy sitting outside as much as possible. We highly recommend this rental!

Really Nice!

We had such a great time at this house. It’s decorated beautifully. The open kitchen, dining room and living room is perfect for a large group. We slept great on the comfy beds. There were plenty of linens, extra blankets and towels which was great! The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee maker worked flawlessly.

Great Value

Very clean property with more amenities provided than typical for this price range. Lots of towels and extra bedding on site. Kitchen is really lovely, and the backyard is amazing for lounging for the group we had. Neighborhood is nice and very quiet, as well as near lots of shopping and restaurants. For the price, you'd really struggle to find better lodging/location.

Fun backyard!

My grandkids loved the putting green and swimming pool. The hot tub could have been cleaner. Location was great because it was only 3 minutes from our wedding location at Gather Estates. Communication was always quick and helpful!

Family Vacation

This house is beautiful and in a great area. Jonathan is an amazing host and so accommodating and quick to respond. The only minor thing and I hate to even say this because everything was great. But the grill looked like it was not cleaned in some time and the utensils were left dirty in the grill. Everything else was awesome.

Wedding week

First and foremost, the property owner is top notch! He responded quickly to any questions and was available at all times. This beautiful property was very clean; kitchen was fully stocked with ALL staple items, bathrooms included shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry area was fully stocked, beds were comfortable and had a very nice living/dining/kitchen area. The outside area was the perfect size~ clean pool and hot tub, the golf putting green was a hit for the golfers in our family and the shed was fully stocked with golf clubs, pool toys and outdoor games. We were minute’s away from our Son’s wedding venue, great restaurants and several grocery stores. The only thing I wish the bedrooms had would be dressers or a suitcase stand, we had to keep everything in our suitcases (other than the things we hung in the closet). We will be visiting again soon and will definitely be booking this home again!

Excellent Host and Excellent Property

This trip was a winter getaway for my family. We stayed for the month of Feb. I cannot say enough about this VRBO. The pictures do not do it justice. There is such a nice space in the kitchen and living room for eating playing games, etc. The pool and hot tub are very clean and it was wonderful to be able to have the pool heated so that we could use that the entire time we were there. The putting green was fun. There were also so many games in the house and also Floaties and pool things available for the outside. The backyard set up is perfect and provides so much privacy with a nice big table to sit in the shade or float in the sun in the pool. Originally, we had trouble with the grill, but Jonathan was so quick to respond and brought us a brand new grill. Everything in the house worked and it was so well stocked. I have stayed at many VRBOs. This is the first time I would give a place a 10+.
