Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Place used towels, wash cloths and hand towels in the wash room.
Remove the fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillow cases and put them on the floor of the washroom. DON'T REMOVE THE MATTRESS COVER.
Put all trash in the trash bin on the side of the house. If trash won't fit in the bin, please tie it up and sit it on the side of the bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
