Wake up to the salty sea air and breathtaking sunrises while enjoying one of Winthrop's most desirable waterfront locations. Whether you're traveling for work, vacation, a weekend getaway, or catching an early flight, Cody's Place is the perfect place to unwind.

This private suite features a comfortable queen bed, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee pods, cream, sugar, toaster oven, dishes, glassware, and the essentials for short or extended stays. Free dedicated off-street parking is included, and guests also enjoy access to our heated seasonal pool.

Step outside to Winthrop Beach, the Winthrop Arms Hotel & Restaurant, waterfront restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and scenic walking paths. Bike to Deer Island or historic Revere Beach, relax by the ocean, or simply enjoy the peaceful charm of this seaside neighborhood. Love, love, love this place! I have quite high standards in regards to cleanliness and was not disappointed in the least. I just wish I had gotten in the pool sooner. And the tub… I took a bath each night. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean, cozy, relaxing

Stayed here for a quick work trip in Boston. Excellent location for an ocean walk in the morning and the place itself was incredibly clean and cozy. This is a basement so it has little/no daylight, but it didn’t even matter because the place was decorated so nicely and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a comfortable, garden level apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance of markets, restaurants, and a breathtaking view of the bay. Frank and Kathy are delightful hosts, ensuring that our anniversary trip to Boston was memorable and fun. Highly recommended!!

Super Cute Place

We had a wonderful two nights stay. Location is perfect to go out and sight see. Very comfortable beds and very cute decorating. Cody’s place is super clean and has all you need. Super friendly and accommodating. Will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Winthrop! The studio apartment was spacious, spotless, quiet, and much more comfortable than a hotel. AC and access to a pool were a bonus. The hosts were welcoming, attentive, and gave great suggestions for things to see and do.The location was perfect—we easily visited Boston, Salem, Gloucester, and Rockport. The most incredible hosts, always ensuring we were content and had everything we needed! The bathroom; with both a huge soaking tub and separate shower, was spectacular. Very, very clean and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about the owners of Cody’s Place. They really looked out for their guests. The property was cocoon like, but also had a fabulous restaurant two doors down we enjoyed more than once. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. We felt like VIP’s!

Welcoming studio apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Cody’s Place in Winthrop. Though we spent most of our time in Boston, we liked being able to walk a block to the beach for a look at the ocean. Our host, Kathy gave us some good advice about traveling into Boston. Very comfortable beds. We would return!
