Wake up to the salty sea air and breathtaking sunrises while enjoying one of Winthrop's most desirable waterfront locations. Whether you're traveling for work, vacation, a weekend getaway, or catching an early flight, Cody's Place is the perfect place to unwind.

This private suite features a comfortable queen bed, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee pods, cream, sugar, toaster oven, dishes, glassware, and the essentials for short or extended stays. Free dedicated off-street parking is included, and guests also enjoy access to our heated seasonal pool.

Step outside to Winthrop Beach, the Winthrop Arms Hotel & Restaurant, waterfront restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and scenic walking paths. Bike to Deer Island or historic Revere Beach, relax by the ocean, or simply enjoy the peaceful charm of this seaside neighborhood. Stayed here for a quick work trip in Boston. Excellent location for an ocean walk in the morning and the place itself was incredibly clean and cozy. This is a basement so it has little/no daylight, but it didn’t even matter because the place was decorated so nicely and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Winthrop! The studio apartment was spacious, spotless, quiet, and much more comfortable than a hotel. AC and access to a pool were a bonus. The hosts were welcoming, attentive, and gave great suggestions for things to see and do.The location was perfect—we easily visited Boston, Salem, Gloucester, and Rockport. Super Cute Place

We had a wonderful two nights stay. Location is perfect to go out and sight see. Very comfortable beds and very cute decorating. Cody’s place is super clean and has all you need. Super friendly and accommodating. Will be back.

The most incredible hosts, always ensuring we were content and had everything we needed! The bathroom; with both a huge soaking tub and separate shower, was spectacular. Very, very clean and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about the owners of Cody’s Place. They really looked out for their guests. The property was cocoon like, but also had a fabulous restaurant two doors down we enjoyed more than once. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. We felt like VIP’s!

We enjoyed our stay at Cody’s Place in Winthrop. Though we spent most of our time in Boston, we liked being able to walk a block to the beach for a look at the ocean. Our host, Kathy gave us some good advice about traveling into Boston. Very comfortable beds. We would return!

HOSPITALITY AT ITS FINEST

Cody’s Place was the perfect getaway! There aren’t many people in this world with genuine hospitality, but Frank and Kathy have it down! They provided us with little ‘wows’ throughout our stay and very detailed information on activities in the area. Cody’s Place had everything we needed and more! Cannot beat the location and, most of all, the pool! 10/10 & Great Hosts!

Cosy Nest near the bay !

We were two old lady friends traveling up to Boston area to a memorial for a friend. I found this location to be very interesting as a respite from Boston. The pool looked inviting and the space looked very nice. It turned into the most wonderful place to have booked the hosts were wonderful and generous with their time and answering our questions The beds were luxurious ever would I go to Boston area again I would travel there and rent from them if at all possible it was five star experience for our needs!
