Remodeled in Aug 2025, this 5 bedroom oversized home is <3 miles from the beach & Carlsbad Outlets. Features include hot tub, living room w/ grand piano & guitar, formal + nook dining, fully equipped kitchen, family room w/ 75" TV & foosball, and loft lounge. Oversized master suite w/ soaking tub, walk-in closet + adjoining family room. Multiple guest rooms incl. Jack & Jill & en-suite. Backyard w/ seating, heaters, Traeger smoker. Absolutely NO events. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. This is a QUIET residential property. Paddleboard/wetsuit may be available. Maximum of 3 cars total.

This house was a wow! My family fit perfectly without being right on top of each other! Very close to Legoland. It was so clean and very well stocked kitchen for big meals!
