The host is very responsive and the beds were clean, however the floors were not clean, the refrigerator had stains in it with left over crumbs the kitchen table had a large stickey stain under it, and one of the night stands had a used comb left on it. I dont like leaving not good reviews but i dont feel like i should have to run the vaccum as soon as i walk in the door of a vrbo let alone right after the cleaners were supposibly there.

We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness did not meet expectations upon arrival. This is not the standard we strive for, and we completely understand your frustration, guests should never feel the need to vacuum or clean when they check in. When this was brought to our attention, we did offer to come right over to address the issues immediately, but you kindly let us know it was no big deal at the time. That said, your comments have been shared directly with our cleaning team so this can be corrected moving forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve and ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.
