Villas 3 is a resort community of individually owned units located between Clearwater Beach & St. Pete Beach.
The resort offers easy access to many leisure & recreational activities. A beautiful location to watch the romantic sunsets. Easy access to many nearby shops & restaurants including John's Pass Village Boardwalk with over 100 unique shops. Conveniently located about 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport & about 2 hours away from Orlando international airport.

Take the beach trolley up and down the beaches as Villas 3 has a bus stop right outside. We also have uber and lyft just a phone call away.

Indian Shores Beach is one of the Gulf's most beautiful beaches and is a perfect place for sea lovers! With clean white sandy beach , pristine clear blue ocean, manicured gardens with exotic plants and palm trees all surrounded by a wide variety of natures wild life. A small beach community resort atmosphere, with large gazebo and complimentary BBQ grills for cooking outside and entertaining your friends or family all while lounging by the very large private heated pool & patio which directly over looks the Gulf of America. Use the outside complimentary gazebos and dining tables / chairs conveniently located next to bbq grills to serve lunch, dinner or with a little luck fresh fish caught right from the beach.

Unit 311 is located on the third floor and overlooks the central courtyard. It does not have a balcony or direct ocean view but it is just steps to the beach and priced accordingly as ocean view much more expensive. Laundry room is conveniently located on same floor next to elevator.

Great little condo. Clean with plenty of cooking utensils and supplies, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, beach towels and bath towels provided. There is ongoing construction that we were unaware of as the listing only showed the pool was closed for the month of February. They start at 8am and finish at 4pm. The noise can be quite loud at times throughout the day in the condo as well as on the beach. The pool is not open until after 4pm on weekdays. We would definitely book this place again for a quick getaway as it is beachside and convenient.

Vacation in Paradise

The location was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home had everything we needed & it was such a great location that we really had no reason to even leave the property. RELAXING AND FANTASTIC

The condo was described accurately in the information given by Home Away. For 2 people it was a good size. The pool was heated and was popular with many of the tenants. The beach area was never crowded which was great! Have quarters ready for the washer and dryers. We had a great month in unit 311

Sweet beach retreat!

Robert and Tetyana have been the best VRBO hosts and were most accommodating when I had to reschedule my trip, twice, due to a family illness. Third time was a charm and their sweet little place was so clean, welcoming and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and cooler were all put to good use. The location was absolutely perfect with a beautiful, white sandy beach as you exit the condo. The only thing I did miss was a view out the windows (they open to condo's interior courtyard), but in the end it didn't matter as I didn't spend much time inside anyway. I loved my stay so much, I even extended it a couple extra days. Thank you both for a wonderful trip and you will definitely hear from me again!

Right on the beach!

Great value right on the beach. The property had several things to use while at the beach which was helpful so that we didn’t have to bring much. The property was clean and the owner was very helpful prior to checking in. The unit does not face the beach but we spent most of our time outdoors so that did not matter to us. The walk to the beach is steps away from the unit. And the beach is sandy with lots of shells and not crowded at all. The location is also just minutes from several restaurants and shops. The only thing that was tricky was the parking. It’s across the main road and there is not a light or crosswalk, so getting across to the parking spot with 2 little ones was sometimes a challenge. That being said, it would not deter us from renting here again. Overall we would recommend this unit and would happily stay here again.

Super Location, Clean Apartment

The apartment is in a super location - just go down the elevator, go to the right through the pool area and you are on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment and building are very quiet and the people in the building are very friendly. It was great to have an on-site office where we could speak with someone if there were any issues (there weren't any issues, however). The apartment was also very clean which we appreciate. The owner was very quick in responding to our questions. There are many restaurants nearby. The apartment is an interior unit, so you do not have a beach view or a street view. The window in the living room did not open - it would have been nice to be able to open the window and get some fresh air in the living room, but this wasn't a huge issue. We were able to open the bedroom window and get fresh air in the bedroom. We really enjoyed the opportunity to stay on the beach in Florida and temporarily escape the frigid midwest!

Far from the pictures

Unit looks used, only one blanket for 2 beds, air conditioner impossible to adjust, so it's not blowing on your head when you sleep. There were on-going construction on the ground level 7 days a week, 11hrs each day. Dust, noise, no space to park. Closet doesn't have much room for any clothes

we are not sure what you mean by unit looks used as you were a renter renting it and not purchasing a brand new condo? Also we ask all guests including you in our welcome letter to reach out to us if anything is needed or not to there total satisfaction.You text me about toilet running and we sent a plumber who fixed it. We also posted on VRBO and told all guests including you of ongoing construction. There is also a large fan directly over the bed where you slept that provides as much or as little cold air as you desire. However as for not understanding how to control the ac well thats something frankly out of our control. Had you called us i could have easily walked you thru that simple process. Maids could also have brought you more blankets if only you asked us? The bedroom has a large dressor with more than enough draws to put most all of anyones cloths with space to spare. You knew about the construction as many facilitys are having to do due to 2 devasting hurricanes that injured and even killed many in our area. Its a pity that you have no empathy or compassion for many of us in our situation doing the best we can in a realtivly short time frame to recover especially being told about the construction in advance and even getting cash refunded as compensation & you told me you were satisfied.

Like staying in a DUNGEON

This condo is located in an interior airshaft, four walls surrounded by four walls. There is no exterior view other than looking at the front doors of other condos that face the outside. The garbage shoot for all condos is located on the back wall of this condo, which is the bedroom, so you hear everytime throws their trash in all 77 condos. All 77 condos have access to the ONE elevator. Their is only one Handicap parking space for entire complex. This condo was recently renovated very tastefully BUT no matter how much lipstick you put on a PIG it is still a PIG

Hi Joe Bellanca First of all thank you for stating and recognizing that our condo was indeed recently upgraded and tastefully renovated. However nowhere in the listing does it mention or even suggest that it is an ocean front view condo with an ocean front balcony as you demanded. On the contrary if you actually looked at the photos they show the actual view of other condos across the central courtyard and if you actually read our listing it says quote “ Unit 311 is located on the third floor and overlooks the central courtyard. It does not have a balcony or ocean view but it is just steps to the beach”. Joe I do not know how we can make it any simpler than that to understand for you? Also you are mistaken as the trash chute is not attached to our condo at all. It is located on the other side of the courtyard next to the elevator. The comment you made about our condo being located in an interior air shaft is also false and frankly absurd. The building has always been the same design since it was built. As for no handicapped parking you also had a private and FREE beach parking spot included with your rental so we are also confused why you would be also complaining about free parking? As a suggestion we would recommend you spend more time prior to booking on reviewing the details so you would be better prepared what to expect and not demand ocean front views with ocean front balcony for much cheaper none ocean front view prices such as you paid. and then take your nasty temperamental anger out on us hosts! Although we were not able to satisfy you we realize not everybody can be. Our positive reviews of which we have many speak for themselves on this property and all were available for you to read prior to your booking.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The apartment was cute, comfortable, clean, & had everything we needed for the weekend. They even had beach towels, chairs & umbrellas, so no need to bring. No beach view from room didn't bother us at all as we already knew it from the description. Robert was easy to contact & replies right away. Parking is across the street but was not an inconvenience until it was pouring down rain. We had left our umbrella in the room, so that's our fault! Maybe wouldn't recommend to someone who is elderly to cross the street, but it really was not a big deal to me & my teenage daughter. We immensely enjoyed our short stay & would stay again! Can't beat the price for a short getaway on beachfront property.
