MAIN FLOOR
The open-plan living area features a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable living room, providing ample space for everyone to gather together. Enjoy the patio off the living room where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood in the warm weather. The main floor features a primary suite with a king bed, stone fireplace, large closet and ensuite. The lower floor offers guests a secondary suite with a comfortable queen bed, and ensuite with a walk-in shower and a double guest room with twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to the lower patio and outdoor seating.

Downtown Truckee is a must-visit destination for anyone visiting the area looking for local shopping, dining, and entertainment and if you're looking for a water adventure, stunning Lake Tahoe is just a few minutes away!
