The fully equipped kitchen is updated for easy meal preparation, and a nearby patio with a barbecue grill allows for outdoor dining with water views. Ideally situated steps from the bay and beach, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and location. Note there is no A/C, but fans are provided. 2 Garage Spaces Marked Unit 3 in the shared Garage; only small vehicles enter the parking lot. Garage clearance: 6'1 Please note: neighboring construction is currently underway Monday–Saturday from 7 AM–6 PM, and some noise may be heard during daytime
